2023 County Report for Co. Longford

A steady year for recording in Longford, with a concentration of effort in the northern part of the county. July's field meeting drew a small but select attendance to Derrycassin in glorious weather. Lough Ree woodlands were the botanical star of the county again, with some superb species rich examples explored at Barley Harbour; these will be recorded in more depth in 2024.
